Santosha Yoga Institute is a dedicated global network providing exceptional education in yoga.

Sunny founded Santosha in 2008 and we has been running teacher trainings now for over 10 years. She has carefully created a teaching team who are just as passionate about yoga as she is – and who embody the Santosha ethos of love, acceptance and community.

We are passionate about yoga and the benefits it brings to peoples’ lives, and our team is committed to providing yoga teachers and yoga teacher training students with a highly engaging learning experience. This includes:
