Hi there! My name is Mel. I am a Liberation Coach, Healer, and Teacher helping you to align into your most soul-fulfilling, abundant life.
I was once a consultant in finance climbing the corporate ladder suffering from burnout and disconnection from Spirit and my true self, until 2016 when I found my ever-evolving dharmic path and completed my first yoga training.
Since then, I have built a thriving business that operates both in-person and online, weaving multiple modalities and arts for healing and expansion that allows me to have location freedom and create transformational spaces in sacred service around the world, including Bali, Morocco, and Portugal, currently based in Tulum, Mexico.
