Week Four – Tears and Triumph!

With tears and triumphs – Week Four of Liz’s Yoga Teacher Training Journey continues…

Bali Yoga Teacher Training… Elizabeth’s Story

And just like that, Week Four arrived. With it came finals, frustration, triumph and lots and LOTS of tears.

The last week was centered around harvesting all the knowledge we accumulated and putting it to use by teaching others asana, pranayama and meditation. The pressure was on as we performed for our classmates and teachers and I’m excited to say, we all passed!

The love and support from the staff and students was so moving and everyone was there for encouragement, questions or a shoulder to cry on.

But it wasn’t all serious, we had a beautiful week of appreciating each other since this may have been the last time we were all together (though we vowed to get together once a year) and finding confidence in ourselves that we never knew existed.

Our Yoga teacher training graduation ceremony will forever hold a special place in my heart. I’m not ready to share everything about it (not because it’s a secret but more because I can’t put something like that into words) but it left me with a feeling of endless hope.

I am proud to bring my teaching back home. I’m grateful for all I’ve learned and all the lessons my yoga journey will teach me along the way.

So to close out this journey, I’d like to leave you with a last piece of weekly wisdom: make choices that will bring less chaos in your life, and when in doubt choose love.
