TERMS AND CONDITIONSSANTOSHA YOGA INSTITUTE COMPETITION

  1. The Promoter is: Santosha Yoga Institute of registered office address: 31 B Queen St, Fingal Head, NSW 2487. The above mentioned company will be hereafter jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
  1. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  2. To enter the competition an entrant must:
  • Like the Promoter’s Facebook page OR Follow the Promoter’s Instagram account.
  • Fill in the form found here.
  1. Closing date for entry will be 11:59PM 16 May, 2022. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  2. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  3. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner are as follows:
  • The entrant must Like the Promoter’s Facebook page or Like the Promoter’s Instagram.
  • The entrant must fill in this form.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  2. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  4. Winner will be drawn at random at the Promoter’s office on 17 May, 2022.
  5. The winner will be notified by email and/or Social Media Direct Message within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  6. The Promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize can be collected.
  7. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her acceptance and agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  9. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  11. The winner’s name will be published on our Social Media.
  12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to any other party.
  13. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this competition is conditional on the provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing, and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter. Additionally, all literary works submitted as part of an entry become the property of the Promoter and it is a condition of entry that those literary works may be used by the Promoter for their own promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without restriction. The promoter may share the entry details with the prize provider.
  14. If the winner has purchased a Santosha Training of the same cost or less of the prize amount they have won, the Promoter will refund the amount paid to the winner. If the course cost purchased is over the amount of the prize cost amount, Santosha will refund the prize cost amount off the payment made by the winner.
