READ MOREI find it fascinating when I tell someone I practice yoga and they immediately respond with something like “wow, I can’t do yoga.” I’ve seen people of all shapes, sizes and abilities in my yoga classes throughout the years so when a person is standing in front of me claiming they can’t breathe consciously, it blows my mind.
We are so lucky to have Elizabeth of The Flexible Yogi as our guest blogger for our June Level 1 Yoga Teacher Training! Let’s see how Week Two of our training is going for her…

Cat was a true free spirit, who lived life with her arms wide open – embracing life’s adventures and those she met on her path with equal relish. Catherine’s family, friends and Santosha 2016 classmates and teachers suffered an inconceivable loss with the news of Catherine’s passing in early 2019.
Those who had the privilege of knowing Cat cherish their memories of a great friend and generous soul who touched them with her enthusiasm and passion for life.
One of the most enjoyable parts of the Yoga Teacher Training has been the wisdom imparted on us by the Santosha teachers who found their wisdom through their teachers, who found their wisdom through their teachers, and so on and so forth. “Four Weeks, One Carry-On: What I’m Packing For Yoga Teacher Training In Bali.”

“One day or day one.”
This perfectly sums up my journey to decide to attend a Santosha Yoga Teacher Training. Attending a yoga instructor course was always just a “one day,”and then after a little research and a LOT of yoga, it became “day one” and my ride began.
Wonder what it’s like to join us on a Level 1 Yoga Instructor course in our Bali island paradise? This gorgeous video from talented Feb graduate Samantha Taylor will give you a pretty good idea! From yoga on the beach, dancing with new friends, snorkeling with Manta Rays, exploring pristine tropical islands and everything in between. All while gaining an amazing qualification to change your life and career!
Santosha means ‘contentment’ – and we want all our yoga teacher training students to have an experience of this feeling, the feeling that all you need is here in this moment.
