Over the two and a half days you will have an opportunity to spend time away from distractions and dedicate yourself wholeheartedly to meditation. When the ripples of an over-active mind are calmed as you focus your attention on the present, the look you take at your life deepens. Connecting your mind through meditation will help you see the world and yourself with a greater sense of clarity.
Sitting in meditation is a beautiful practice, which allows us to look within. To witness the inner workings of our minds, and to get in touch with how we feel. Our focus will be on two group sessions where participants are invited to open up and share what it is that is arising in them.
Sharing in a small group setting is a very empowering experience. Especially if you identify with being more introverted you will begin to learn how to articulate your thoughts and feelings, and will find a newly gained confidence in yourself and also with others.
